1. Agreement
By using the KillNet Switch website, dashboard or hardware you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
KillNet Switch provides network monitoring, threat detection and AI-assisted security reporting. Service availability targets are described in your contract or service plan.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Accounts and security
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Fees
Subscription and hardware fees are described at point of sale. Fees are payable in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise agreed.
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding and content remain the property of KillNet Switch Ltd or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KillNet Switch's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 30 days. We may suspend the service immediately for security or compliance reasons.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
