KillNet Switch Ltd ("KillNet Switch", "we", "our") is a New Zealand company providing network monitoring and cybersecurity services. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Privacy Principles set out by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
2. What we collect
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: contact details (name, email, organisation), authentication metadata, and the security telemetry your devices generate while protected by KillNet Switch.
3. How we use it
Your information is used to provide, secure and improve our products; to contact you about service-related matters; and where you have opted in, for product announcements. We never sell your personal information.
4. Where it's stored
New Zealand customer data is stored within New Zealand and Australia, in ISO 27001-aligned facilities. We do not transfer personal information offshore for marketing purposes.
5. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors essential to delivering the service (cloud hosting, email delivery), and only under contracts that bind them to the same standards we hold ourselves to.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email privacy@killnetswitch.com and we'll respond within 20 working days.
7. Cookies
Our website uses minimal first-party cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to public pages.
8. Changes
We'll publish any material changes to this policy on this page and notify account holders by email.
